All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two shipping options to accommodate your needs:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95) – via DHL or FedEx
- Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
- Includes tracking and insurance
- Free Shipping – via EMS (for orders over $50)
- Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment
- Basic tracking included
Note: We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote regions. Delivery times may vary for international destinations depending on customs processing.
Returns & Exchanges

Eligibility
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receipt for most items, provided they are:
- In original, unused condition with all tags attached
- Accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation
- Packaged in the original protective dust bags (for leather goods and designer items)
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Cosmetic bags and clutches marked as final sale (for hygiene reasons)
- Custom-made or monogrammed items from our Footlockers/Trunks and Designer Luggage collections
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

- Prepare Your Package
Repack items securely in original packaging with all protective materials. Include the completed Return Form (template provided in authorization email).
