Should any of our premium luggage or accessories not meet your expectations, our straightforward returns policy ensures a seamless experience for our discerning travelers.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receipt for most items in our collection, provided they are:

  • In original, unused condition with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation
  • Packaged in the original protective dust bags (for leather goods and designer items)
Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, cosmetic bags and clutches marked as final sale cannot be returned. Custom-made or monogrammed items from our Footlockers/Trunks and Designer Luggage collections are also excluded.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Our Concierge Team
    Email [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with:
    – Your order number
    – Product details (item name, SKU if available)
    – Reason for return/exchange
    – Preferred resolution (refund or exchange)
  2. Receive Authorization
    Our team will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions.
  3. Prepare Your Package
    Repack items securely in original packaging with all protective materials. Include the completed Return Form (template below).
  4. Ship Your Return
    Send via your preferred carrier to:

    Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timing: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
  • Method: Funds will be returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Deductions: Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Exchange Process

For exchanges:

  • We’ll ship your replacement item once the return is received
  • Standard shipping rates apply for the new shipment
  • Price differences will be charged/refunded as needed

For our global clientele (excluding certain Asian and remote regions):
